FEATURES
TROCAR, SOLUTION FOR PORT-SITE HERNIA
- It helps to prevent the port-site hernia.
- Without any special closure device, this Trocar can perform the port-site closure with a Fascial closure needle.
- It covers the range of 18mm~30mm of the abdominal wall.
APPLICATION GUIDE
- Step1.
- Assemble the obturator to the cannula, Fig 1.
- Step2.
- Align the Guide-line to the peritoneal line, Fig 2.
- Step3.
- Insert the suture through the needle-guide-hole using the Fascial closure needle and grasp the inserted suture using the Grasper, Fig 3. Remove the Fascial closure needle from the cannula.
- Step4.
- Insert the Fascial closure needle into the opposite needle-guide-hole and pull out the suture from cannula, Fig 4.
- Step5.
- Remove the trocar from the peritoneal area, Fig 5.
- Step6.
- Suture the port-site, Fig 6.
